Payment Method: A surcharge of 4% will be added for payments made by credit card. The preferred payment method is check (personal or cashier's check, money order, etc.).

Single Occupancy Supplement There is a single occupancy supplement of $45 per night, a total of $135 for most Source trip itineraries.

Cancellation Policy Clients who cancel their paid reservations at least 4 weeks before the start date of the trip will receive a complete refund, less a $50 per person processing fee. Clients who cancel their reservation less than 4 weeks before the start date of their trip will receive a 50% refund or may elect to rebook and apply their full amount paid towards a future Source Tours trip (space permitting).

Alternative Lodging Source Tours can recommend choice B&Bs and vacation home rentals, including some that are dog friendly or offer boarding facilities for horses. However, we recommend participants stay at the B&B included in the trip package. It is an excellent value, is well situated for taking an evening stroll to Joseph’s inviting Main Street or to Wallowa Lake and is our trip logistics meeting point.
